We are the proud producer of premium French oak alternatives that are crafted from some of the finest French oak available. We source our wood from select forests, we do not purchase any stave wood on the open market, and only retain fine and extra fine grain wood for our programs. We then season all of our wood on site, at our vertically integrated cooperage, for an absolute minimum of 24 months. All aspects of the production process from seasoning and quarter splitting to milling, toasting and building are performed at our facility under our control; ensuring the consistency of our products.

All our wood for our alternative program, is for both Le Grand barrel and alternative programs, is Bureau Veritas certified for both wood origin and seasoning time. Our wood must be seasoned a minimum of 24 months in order to comply with our certification.

Our focus is a balance of tannins and natural french oak characteristics that create a framework to elevate the fruit. Our wood is designed to create integrated structure and mid-palate mouthfeel.
